WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE CEREMONY ON SATURDAY THE FOURTEENTH OF JUNE?

Please arrive at Hotel Ella at 4:30 PM to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 5:00 PM.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE CEREMONY LOCATION?

Yes! There will be complimentary valet parking as you pull up to the front of Hotel Ella.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

Although we love your children, our wedding weekend is strictly an adults only event. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big weekend! Your understanding means the world to us, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

In the ATTIRE section of the site, there are further guidelines and visuals to help steer you in the right direction. All questions will be answered there regarding the dress codes, however if you still feel as though you need more clarity - please reach out to Savannah directly.

WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?

Please notify us if you are or are not attending the wedding weekend events no later than May 1st.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venues capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You’ll find the details about your party size, including whether it includes a plus one, on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

IS EVERYONE INVITED TO THE WELCOME PARTY ON THURSDAY NIGHT AND THE REHEARSAL DINNER ON FRIDAY NIGHT?

Yes! Everyone that is invited to the wedding on Saturday is invited to both the Welcome Party on Thursday night and the Rehearsal Dinner on Friday night. We wanted to ensure we spent as much time as we could with all of our favorite humans in one city for the weekend!

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO THE SALT LICK FOR THE REHEARSAL DINNER?

If you are staying at Hotel Ella or The Otis Hotel, we will have buses to and from The Salt Lick. Please indicate on your RSVP card if you are staying at one of the host hotels and want to utilize the transportation so we can account for the proper numbers! We will let everyone know departure times as the date gets closer.
